No Fun® has been based in Toronto, Canada since it's inception in 2011.
Our studio HQ is located at 915 Dupont Street.
Our showroom is now closed to the public due to COVID, however we do offer Contactless Pickup of webstore orders here.
PLEASE DO NOT come to pick up your order until you've received your pickup confirmation email which contains crucial pickup information. -

'Local Pickup' orders that are not picked up WITHIN 30 DAYS ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED & yOU WILL BE CHARGED a 100% Re-STOCKING FEE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

While we formerly only accepted USD at checkout, you can now place your order using most major currencies including CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and more.
Just select whichever currency is best for you from the drop down menu beside the cart. -
In most cases- Yes!
The majority of our orders ship out via USPS First Class/Priority, Asendia Priority International, Chitchats Canada Tracked, or Canada Post Expedited. Your shipping confirmation will clarify which. All of these services include tracking.
However- Tracking will not be included on some orders for small/flat sized items like pins & patches that ship via lettermail.
Some other Canadian & International orders may be excluded from tracking services, depending on their sizes or weights - sorry!If your order is eligible for tracking: The tracking number will be sent to you automatically via your shipping confirmation.
If your order is not eligible for tracking: Your shipping confirmation will contain the shipping carrier name only.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT.

The shipping costs are based on package weight.
Please note that any orders placed outside of the U.S.A. may be subject to your country's duties and/or customs fees.
These taxes are not charged by No Fun®. We have no control over them and cannot predict what they might be, nor are we are not responsible for them, or the delays they may cause. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.If you refuse your package due to duties / customs fees we are not responsible for it's return. We will only issue refunds in cases where parcels arrive back to our studio. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

All webstore orders continue to ship out, however we cannot guarentee any delivery speeds due to COVID-19.
We try to process and package all orders within 1-5 days. Once we've packed and shipped out your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us.
After that, the postal system will take an additional few days to work it's magic for you:
USA: 1-7 days*
CANADA: 3-21 days*
INTERNATIONAL: 4-22 days*
*Business days.
These are approximate time estimates based on USPS/Asendia/Chitchats/Canada Post standards. These are NOT guaranteed shipping times.
We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. -
If your order is “delivered” but not in your hands - Double check with neighbours or in other places near your mailbox. Sometimes postal workers 'stash' oversized parcels that may be too big to fit in your mailbox.
If it really is not there please do contact the delivering courier directly for more information.
Unfortunately once your order leaves our studio we only have access to the same tracking info that you do.
We've heard that many postal workers will receive their full week's worth of packages all at the same time. Rather than marking each parcel as "delivered" one by one at the actual time of delivery, we've heard that they'll often scan all of the items at into the system as "delivered" at one time when starting their route, which may in reality take a few days to complete. If this is the case - your tracking will show "delivered" when it's true status is "with the delivery driver". -

YES. Local pickup of webstore orders is back in action!
Simply choose the 'Contactless pickup' shipping option during checkout. We'll Email you with our new pickup procedure when your order is ready for you.The pickup location is inside 915 Dupont Street, Toronto - immediately when you enter the building on the left.
PLEASE DO NOT come to pick up your order until you've received your pickup confirmation email which contains crucial pickup information.Please note that all "Made To Order" items are not eligible for "Contactless Pickup" as they will be shipped directly to you from their production facility. If you purchase one of these items for "Contactless Pickup" we will be required to send over a shipping invoice, unless your order supasses our "Free Shipping" value threshold. The studio is located at 915 Dupont Street. We're on the Southwest corner of Ossington and Dupont. If you're taking TTC, you can either take the 68, and get off at Dupont, or the 26, and get off at Ossington. The studio is about a 10 minute walk North from Ossington Station, if you're on the subway.
